RETURN
Please keep all of the original packaging in case you need to return an item.
You will need to securely repackage the item in a sturdy box with appropriate and sufficient packing material so as the guitar reaches us in perfect condition.
It is strongly recommended that the item is packed such to prevent damage during transit. All returns must be sent back to us within 14 days of delivery.
If an item is returned by a customer with insufficient packaging and is subsequently damaged, ARAN GUITARS will not accept any liability.

Delivery
Couriers
UPS Couriers will deliver your guitar, nationally or internationally. All of our guitars are shipped with full insurance, for complete peice of mind.
Protection
All guitars are shipped and supplied with a full hard case.
Tracking
A complete tracking system is used so that you can keep an eye on exactly where your guitar is every step of the way.
